1. No physical shipping
TatkalStaff provides services only (hourly work by verified staff). We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery tracking numbers.
2. How the service is delivered
- Services are delivered in person at the work address you enter, in the Indian city you book in, on the dates and hours you book (starting today, or scheduled up to 7 days ahead).
- After payment you get an instant confirmation and a receipt in the app. You are notified in the app when the staff member accepts.
- On the day, the staff member checks in with “I’ve arrived” at your location, and you record the work time with Start and End.
- Receipts and signed agreements are delivered digitally in the app (My bookings and My agreements); you can download or print them.
3. If the service is not delivered
If a staff member declines, does not turn up, or the work cannot go ahead, you are not charged for that time — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds and timelines.
4. Service area
We serve the Indian cities listed in the app (our launch region is Goa); how many staff are available differs from city to city. Bookings for addresses outside the listed cities may be declined and are refunded in full.
